Can I buy tickets for my group with the Group Reservation process?

The Group Reservations process covers just the seating on the Seating Map, all members of the group still need to buy a ticket on their own switzerlan.ch account.

What happens if there are more people than we filled in the forms?

Write katzenfan9000 a DM on Discord. If it’s after 17.09.2025, we cannot guarantee you to make room for the additional seats.

What happens if we don’t fulfill the two 2/3(66%) and 3/3 Ticket(100%) – deadlines?

If your group doesn’t meet the ticket purchase targets by each deadline, we start releasing some of your reserved seats so other people can book them.

Example:
-Your group originally reserved 22 seats.
-By the 2/3 deadline(66%), at least 14 seats need to be paid for (because 2/3 of 22 is about 14).
-But only 12 people in your group have bought tickets.

Since you’re short by 2 tickets, we reduce your reservation to match the 2/3 rule:

  1. Take the number of paid seats (12).
  2. Divide by 2 and multiply by 3 → (12 ÷ 2) × 3 = 18 seats you’re allowed to keep.
  3. You originally had 22 seats, so 22 − 18 = 4 seats are released to the public.

This ensures your group only reserve seats in proportion to the number of tickets you’ve actually bought by each deadline.


Same process will also be done for the 100% rule.

What are the rules of decorating our seats in the LAN?

Due strict emergency and fire rules of the hall, you cannot bring stuff that is placed in the ways between the seats. We allow you to put up banners and roll-ups of your clan when placed at the end of the row flat to the table. Please keep in mind our conditions/AGB and also that we can decide at the event if an installation needs to be taken down.
