Transfer reserved seats
If your reservation receives the status “Transfer seat reservations”, this means that as the person responsible for the group, you have all seat reservations in your account. You must now distribute these to your group members.
As soon as you have transferred the second to last seat reservation, the last reserved seat will automatically become yours.
Instructions for transferring reserved seats:
1. Find assigned seats
The reserved seats that have been assigned to you are marked with a circle and a cross inside (see the picture on the top right).
2. Select seat
A seat can be selected with a left click.
3. Seat options
A second window will open. Click on “Send Seat to User”.
4. Delete current assignment
Click on the “x” to delete the current assignment and clear the search field.
5. Search for group member
In the search field, enter the Nick or ID of the group member and search using “Search”.
6. Assign seat
If the member is found, the assignment can be confirmed with “Send Seat”.
assigned seats can no longer be withdrawn or managed!
7. Confirmation
If the assignment was successful, this message is displayed and the window can be closed with “Close Window”.
8. Check seating plan
On the seating plan, the assigned seat is no longer shown as your own seat, the circle with the cross inside is no longer displayed.
9. Remaining seats
Repeat steps 2 to 7 and distribute all seats to the group members until only two seats are left.
10. Own seat
If the second to last seat is assigned to a group member, the last seat is automatically assigned as your own by the system, an assignment to yourself is not necessary.
